Lyrics:
You took me from the miry clay

And rescued me from every snare
You kept refining me like silver
I went through fire and through water
Then you brought me up out at last
And right there I knew You’ve mended my past
So I say…

You are awesome in this place
So so great is Your power O God
All the earth bow down to You
I love to sing Your praise
Cos really, nothing compares to You

I’ll never cease to sing Your praise
Cos when life’s battle looked so fierce
And then it seemed all hope was gone
You reached for me and held me up
Then You placed my feet upon the rock
There and then You gave me a new song of joy
You are Awesome…

You are awesome in this place
So so great is Your power O God
All the earth bow down to You
I love to sing Your praise
Cos really, nothing compares to You

How great Thou art (O my Awesome God)
How great Thou art (Oh, how great Thou art)
How great Thou art (We proclaim Your name, we declare Your praise)
How great Thou art!
How great Thou art (Edidem Ubong, Afo kama ukara, Afo k’ mkpono)
How great Thou art (Afo ke nkom, Afo ke nno itoro)
(Bo ekom do Abasi)
How great Thou art (Edidem Ubong, Afo kama ukara, Afo ke nno itoro o)
How great Thou art! (Koro, You are Awesome).
